Another week of training has passed and I may say that am doing good with my contrst prep.
I got an invitation from NABBA International to join and defend my 2009 title for the 2010 Asia Pacific Bodybuilding Championship on the 27th-28th of August in Cook Islands.
Been thinking about it if am going or not…and my decision is NO. I think 2 years of winning in Asia Pacific Champs is enough for me, I need to go try other competition and i am really preparing for the September show and maybe another one before the year ends.
So I still have 3mos to get shredded before my September show. To all my subcribers new pics and videos are again posted.

To Bad you are not competing in Asia Pacific, I had the the privalidge of seeing you in the 2008 comp in Cebu and from then and now you have impoved Dramatically, that new chick on the circuit with the fake Boobs has nothing on you. You definately would have had a 3-pete. You are in my estimation Stiil and will be Philippines #1 female body builder!!!
