Yesterday was a big day for me..we’re celebrating Easter week here in the Philippines and i am going away for a few days. My coach wants me do to all my workouts b4 leaving so I have to do 2 big muscle group. Actually its my first time to do both Chest and Back and b4 i started i was thinking if i can do heavy. But determined as I am i have to at least try and yesss did it!!!!
I superset flat db press and 1 arm db row…or the flat db press i used 60lbs weight for 12 reps, then with no rest i used 90lbs db for 1 arm db row for 12reps too!! whew!! i need a drink…lol!! And did 3sets of that heavy superset, and my spotter said i did great…again!!!
So friends hopefully next week I will again surpass what i lifted this week..and will be glad to let u know how it goes.
