Hi friends, another week of heavy training has quickly passed and yeah had some good lifts again this week.

This past week i started a new training, so i did not squat 300 last Monday..i went down to 185 (full squat) but 10 set of 10reps!! With 3 foot variations…and know what? i was in pain for 4days!! I couldn’t walk properly, walking like a duck,lol.  And if i have to go down stairs it will take me 5mins!  sore soooo good, quads are hard as rock!

Tuesday was chest/back day, i posted pics in the gallery and a video.  It’s pretty hard doing 2 major muscles but i had to do it and i had fun doing it!lol

Wednesday is cardio with abdominals only, Thursday is just cardio.  Friday did HIIT early morning (4am) and did glutes/hams in the evening.  Friday is usually the start my refeed which stretch down to half day on Sundays.  Guess what i ate after my training! ….2 slices of pizza!! friends am on a diet..lol!

Saturday was a big day! i had carbs all day (350grams), and i had my ice cream, i love my coach! hahaha.  Did arms in the morning and shoulders in the evening.  I was able to go heavier than last week…i lifted 130lb on military press.  I took some vids but the quality is not so good.  Admin wants to post it still so we agreed to post it   for FREE!!  U can check my page now to be able to watch the 4vids…

Now its Sunday here in the Philipines and shoulders are sore but i dont mind at all….its rest day again and getting ready for another week of  intense training.  And will be going away for a holiday starting Friday of this coming week till   May but i will still update u all of what is happening and will still see u guys online fr time to time!

BTW my latest stats..shoulders is 20″ fr 19″ last March, bi’s 14.5, quads 24″ and i weigh 133lb as of today, another 7lb fr my 140lb goal.  Hoping i’ll get there soon!!

Hello again!! It is summertime here in the Philippines and toooo hot! In my place last Tuesday it is 40! (celcius) plus the humid plus we are having what they call “El Nino Phenomenon”!! And everyday (at noontime) we have power interruption, we have generator set though but can’t use a/c.  So i am confined in my room the whole day after my training.  Well this is good though coz i am focus on my training, no extra activities.

This week i again went up with my lifts, i did 300lbs on squat (5reps 5sets).  380 on leg press (10reps 3sets), 200lbs on Rack Pulls  (5reps 5sets), 95lbs on 1 arm db row (8reps 3sets).  Went up also on flat bench press for 200lbs (5reps 5sets), incline db press for 60lbs db each hand (10reps 3sets)and last nite (Sat) i lifted 120lbs on military press (5reps 5sets) my overhead db press is 50lbs (12reps 3sets).

And as of today April 11 my weight is already 132lbs (8lbs away fr my 140lbs target).BI’s is now 14.5, chest and hips 36″ , quads 24″ and calves 16″.

All is good with training and nutrition, and so happy that i have been chatting with all of u here in the website.

Thank u everyone for all the good words, i really appreciate it and ur all my inspiration to grow bigger and make it good on my upcoming competition.

HAPPY EASTER!

Nice to be back after a few days of just relaxing on the beach…but i do miss my everyday workout and am very eager to start the week again!  But before anything else, happy Easter everyone!!

Went for an out of town trip for a few days, we drive for almost 5hours to get to the coastal area of Aurora Province.  Well i know most of you guys are not familiar of the place but its nice sometimes to just go around the area, not to always go to city or out of the country.  We passby the Sierra Madre mountains before we get to our final destination.

The beach was a refreshing change of environment, and i do really love beaches (am a nature lover, lol).  I had the opportunity to get my tan more darker, the chance to wear my bikini (lol)and chance to just hangout with friends.

As expected i am again a head turner on the beach and heard ppl arguing if i am a man or a girl (lol),  Well Filipino ppl esp remote areas are not used seeing a muscular woman like me.  But i am used to people’s reaction, love it coz it makes me different fr most Filipino women.

Anyways i did enjoyed my trip and now back to reality, back to getting my bod bigger!! Its time to break my records last month and go heavier.  Will keep u posted for my developments here, so watch out friends!!
